Michigan Rep. Who VOTED NO on Kate’s Law Refused Aid in Flint Water Crisis

It appears that Michigan Rep. Justin Amash is running quite a scam on the good people of the 3rd District.

Amash, a Palestinian, who claims to be “Catholic” also claims to be a “staunch Constitutionalist.”

I’d argue he’s not.

Amash is the ONLY Republican who voted against Kate’s Law, a law written in memory of an American woman gunned down in the prime of her life by an illegal who had been deported numerous times.

Amash voted WITH the illegal alien killer, and against the AMERICAN VICTIM.

He cites the Constitution as his reason for that vote.

He’s full of crap.

He did the same thing when it came to seeking federal funds to help the people of Flint, Michigan, who are drinking water that people third-world countries would turn their noses up at.

By the looks of it, Amash is a “plant,” being used by Islamic groups to infiltrate our government.

He claims it’s “unlawful” to ban immigrants.

Can someone please tell Amash that the Constitution ONLY applies to American Citizens?

It’s not a “WORLD-WIDE” constitution.

Amash also has a record of supporting Obama’s policies, as well as Planned Parenthood.

This guy needs to be voted out and replaced with someone who puts the lives of Americans first.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — As the political heat intensifies around the Flint water contamination crisis, Rep. Justin Amash stands by himself among the Michigan congressional delegation by opposing federal intervention and assistance.

Amash, R-Cascade Township, takes the position that the state should be at the forefront in responding to the crisis.

“While the U.S. Constitution does not authorize the federal government to intervene in an intrastate matter like this one, the State of Michigan should provide comprehensive assistance to the people of Flint,” Amash said.

“The residents who were harmed deserve an independent, nonpartisan investigation, and the persons responsible for this crisis must be held accountable.”

Amash, in his time as a state and federal lawmaker, has frequently been part of a vocal minority on matters that he believes fall outside the scope of the Constitution.
